In the article, it introduced adsorption metabolism mechanism of rice to selenium and existing form of selenium in rice in de-tails, summarized the function of selenium in promoting rice growth, increasing rice yield and quality, in order to provide a reference for fully developing physiological function and increasing rice quality.%详细介绍水稻对硒的吸收代谢机理以及硒在水稻中的存在形态，总结硒在促进水稻生长发育、提高水稻产量和品质方面的作用，为充分的挥硒的生理功能及提高水稻品质提供借鉴。
