高校图书馆向社会开放的利弊因素探析

This Problem has been accepted in the library, in theory, whether the College Library should be opened to the society. However, for its advantages and disadvantages, many people have discussed about it, but practitioners a few. This paper aims at analyzing on the advantages and disadvantages of this issue, as well as reiterating the necessity of the college libraries opening to the society.%高校图书馆是否应该向社会开放的问题,从理论上讲,已在业界达成共识。但利弊相生,探讨者多,实践者少。文章旨在对影响这一问题的利弊因素加以探析,并重申高校图书馆向社会开放的必要性。
