中小型农业企业的家族式管理研究--基于河南省开封市的案例调研

         

摘要

农业企业是农业产业发展的核心,我国农业企业规模多为中小型,在管理模式上多采用家族式管理。以往对家族企业及家族式管理的相关研究较多,但鲜与农业企业管理结合。我国中小型农业企业家族式管理模式形成既受中国“家”文化影响,也是我国中小型民营企业控制成本的选择。家族式管理存在一定弊端,不仅表现在以往研究强调的权力不明晰、制度不完善等方面,也表现出对“家”文化传承和融入的偏颇,导致“农民职工”管理困难。乡村是当前传统文化的最后堡垒,由于农业企业与农民利益密切相关,其管理模式可在现有家族式管理基础上,进一步强化“家”文化思维,使农民实现从乡村向企业的场域过渡,适应企业管理与发展需要。%Agricultural enterprise is the key to the development of the agricultural industry, most agricultural enterprises in China are the small and medium enterprises. These enterprises adopt the pattern of family-rum management. Under the influence of"family"culture, this kind of management pattern can be formed, and as a choice for small and medium-sized private enterprises to control cost in China. It also has certain drawbacks, not only unclear expression in "power", "imperfection system" and so on, also showed the bias of cultural inheritance and integrated into the"family", which leading the management of"peasant workers" became a difficult thing. Rural was the last bastion of traditional culture, at the same time, agricultural enterprises and farmers' interests were closely related. Agricultural enterprises, therefore, the family management mode could be such a pattern:strengthen the"family"culture communication based on the existing family mangement so that farmers can adapt to the enterpise environment. The management of the enterprise is effective.
