Progress and Developmental Direction of Post-harvest Component Detection and Preservation Techniques of Nanfeng Citrus in China

摘要

This paper was summarized the research status and the development tendency of post-harvest component detection and preservation techniques of Nanfeng citrus in China,also analyzed the characteristics of various techniques,and proposed the developmental direction of novel techniques for post-harvest component detection and preservation of Nanfeng citrus.
