针对某固体发动机金属壳体支座焊接过程及热处理过程,利用通用ANSYS有限元分析软件对不同尺寸支座角焊缝应力场进行模拟计算.结果表明:支座焊后的应力主要集中在角焊缝热影响区处,应力水平较高,且随着支座尺寸的增加,残余应力显著增加;壳体经过退火和调质热处理后,角焊缝残余应力得到重新分布,整体残余应力较小.%In this paper,the welding residual stress of metal shell fillet welds which are fabricated by super strength steel is simulated during welding and heat treatment process.Finite element simulation is performed by ANSYS code.The results show that the residual stress is concentrated in heat affected zone of support fillet welds.The peak stress increases with the number of spport fillet welds increaseing.In order to improve the performance of these metal shells,heat treatments (annealing and tempering) are used.It is revealed that the welding residual stress in the fillet welds decreases and redistribs after heat treatments.
