摘要

In order to build the bridge and promote the development of enterprise technology innovation,the connotation and essence of enterprise technology innovation were analyzed, the divergence, reverse, stereo and lateral innovative thinking were expounded, the principle of enterprise technology innovation was pointed out, the main implementation approach to promote enterprise technology innovation was put forward.%为了推动技术创新工作在企业中更好地开展，分析了企业技术创新的内涵与本质，阐述了企业技术创新中可用到的发散思维、逆向思维、立体思维和侧向思维等创新思维，指出了企业技术创新的原则，并结合企业实际提出了推动企业技术创新的主要实现途径。
