运载火箭推进剂输送管设计仿真及试验分析

摘要

阐述了运载火箭推进剂输送管在研制过程中的仿真方法及试验方法,并选取典型带网套波纹管的输送管进行了有限元静力仿真和静力试验研究,通过试验验证了网套波纹管等效处理方法及输送管有限元仿真模型的可靠性.%This paper describes the means of rocket propellant pipeline simulation and experimentation in the research process. The finite element static simulation and static experiment are studied for the typical propellant pipeline with net-bellows. The experiment results verify the reliability of the net bellows equivalent simulation method and finite element model.
