通过工艺试验,研究了工艺参数对铣磨力与铣磨表面质量的影响.结果表明,较高的主轴转速、较低的进给速度与铣磨宽度是降低铣磨力的有效手段,铣磨工具的磨粒颗粒度是影响铣磨表面质量的主要因素.通过对一系列典型高体积分数SiCp/Al复合材料航天结构件进行样件加工,验证了铣磨工艺的可行性与有效性.%The effect of the machining parameters on the mill-grinding force and the surface roughness was investigated.The results show that the high speed of spindle,low feed rate and low cutting depth,were an effective way to reduce the mill-grinding force,and the size of the abrasive is the major factor which influences the surface roughness.A series of aerospace structure were successfully machined,and the validity of the milling-grinding method was proved.
