交叉供油系统仿真与飞行试验研究

         

摘要

Simulation analysis and flight test were researched for the cross fuel supply system of aeroplane, the cross fuel supply ability was assessed. The results show that the cross fuel supply ability can be achieved to design requirements. The simulation results were compared with lfight test result, both were almost the same, which show that the simulation model can describe the cross fuel supply behavior for the airplane. The established simulation model and lfight test method provide theoretical method of other aircraft cross fuel supply.%为了降低飞机交叉供油能力考核的风险和费用,以某型飞机交叉供油系统为研究对象,建立了燃油系统交叉供油仿真模型,在不同工况下分别进行仿真计算,结果表明发动机低压泵进口燃油压力满足使用要求。在此基础上,进行了地面试验,提出试飞考核方法,并在相同工况下进行了飞行试验。试验结果表明,该型飞机交叉供油能力能够满足设计要求。
