机电系统顶层架构设计方法

         

摘要

结合我国机电系统发展现状,分析波音和罗尔斯·罗伊斯公司为能量优化飞机设计提出的“架构遴选策略”,剖析该方法从机电系统顶层设计阶段开始,不断缩小系统/子系统架构选择范围的整个设计过程,最终得到可供选择的机电系统架构设计方案。“架构遴选策略”为我国机电系统顶层架构设计提供可以借鉴的方法,能够满足能量优化要求下的全新机电系统正向设计需求,可以促进机电系统在能量、控制、功能和物理等方面的综合设计,实现机电系统整体性能最优。%The architecture down-select (ADS) strategy developed by Boeing and Rolls-Royce was deeply analyzed in this paper,considering the state of arts of domestic utility system development. During the initial phase of utility system development, ADS could narrow the range of system/subsystem architecture options to derive the competing architectures. ADS provides referential experiences for our utility system architecture development which satisfies the top-down design with energy optimized method. ADS could promote the utility system integrated design in energy, control, functional and physical levels which would optimize the whole system capability.
