Five kinds of activating fluxes including TiO2, Cr2O3, B2O3, SiO2 and CaF2, are used to study their effects on stainless steel laser -TIG hybrid welding. The results show that Cr2O3 and B2O3 make the seams more symmetrical, and TiO2, SiO2 and CaF2, could improve the seam morphology. Cr2O3 could deepen the seam. However, TiO2 and SiO2 could decrease the seam penetration.%选用氧化物TiO<,2>、Cr<,2>O<,3>、B<,2>O<,3>、SiO<,2>和氟化物CaF<,2>为活性剂,研究了它们对激光-TIG电弧复合焊接不锈钢的影响.结果表明,Cr<,2>O<,3>和B<,2>O<,3>使焊缝更对称,而TiO<,2>、SiO<,2>和CaF<,2>则可消除焊缝的喇叭口收边,Cr<,2>O<,3>可以增加焊缝熔深而TiO<,2>却使焊缝熔深减小.
