柔性脉动装配单元在航空机电产品中的应用

摘要

航空机电产品具有小批、多种的特点，传统固定式装配生产已难以满足现实需求。移动式装配由于其生产效率高，在大规模生产中得到了广泛应用。通过标准化、模块化设计，建立柔性脉动式装配单元，可提升企业的生产能力。%Aviation electromechanical prod-ucts have characteristic of multi-varieties and small-batch for complex assembly system. Traditional ifxed assembly lines can’t meet the requirements of practical production. Mobile assembly is applied to mass-production by high production efifciency. It will help to enhance enterprise’s production capacity by creating flexible pulse assembly unit, with standardized and modularized planning.
