某型发动机扇形板片蜂窝真空钎焊工艺改进

摘要

针对某型发动机扇形板片蜂窝在真空钎焊后出现的尺寸超差及变形问题，通过改进定位工装、定位方式、钎焊夹具及焊前板片表面处理等措施，优化了真空钎焊工艺，达到控制零件焊接变形的目的，满足了零件的装配要求。%In order to solve the dimensional de-viation and transformation of fanshaped board honeycomb after vacuum brazing, this study optimizes the vacuum brazing process by improving limited fixture, clamping way, brazing tooling and part surface treatment, which suc-cessfully controls the parts transformation and meets the requirement of part assembly.
