飞机脉动总装智能生产线构建技术

摘要

针对飞机总装配的特点和任务要求,明晰了飞机总装脉动智能生产线构建的关键技术,提出了飞机脉动总装智能生产线的架构与系统组成.阐明了飞机脉动总装智能生产线软硬件建设内涵,阐述了总装生产线智能感知等软件系统功能特征,描述了脉动式总装智能生产作业平台等硬件平台的原理和组成.通过应用示范证明了其有效性.%Aiming at the assembly characteristics and task requirements of the aircraft final assembly,the key technologies of the intelligent pulse production line construction are clarified,and the architecture and components of the production line are put forward.The information systems and hard wares connotations of the production line are expounded.The functional characteristics of the information systems such as assembly production line intelligent perception system are discussed,moreover the composition principles of the hard wares are described.Finally,the effectiveness of intelligent pulse production line for aircraft final assembly has been demonstrated by application.
