压缩载荷下复合材料加筋板屈曲参数研究

             

摘要

基于复合材料加筋板的双胞单元模型和势能最小原理,运用解析算法给出了简支条件下复合材料纵向加筋板临界屈曲载荷方程,对影响复合材料加筋板临界屈曲栽荷的主要参数:加筋板各项异性比,筋条的弯曲刚度,筋条间距和加筋板的长度进行了研究.解析算法和有限元方法给出了不同参数对复合材料加筋板屈曲栽荷的影响水平.研究结果表明:针对不同筋条间距的复合材料加筋板筋务弯曲刚度存在一个阀值,当筋条高度大于阀值时,屈曲载荷不会随筋条弯曲刚度的增加而增加;给出的临界屈曲载荷方程可以方便的计算出压缩栽荷下简支加筋板的屈曲载荷.%An analytic method has been developed for the determination of critical buckling load equation of simply supported laminated composite stiffened panels subjected to uniaxial compression load. The approach is based on the option of representative unit and the principle of minimum potential energy. Studies are carrying out on the master parameters, which determine the critical buckling load, including the stiffened panels' orthotropy ratio, stiffener bending stiffness, space length of the stiffeners and panel's length. Based on the studies, the influence levels of the different parameters to the critical buckling load of the laminated composite stiffened panels are presented by the analytic method and the finite element method. A limit of the buckling load and a threshold value of the stiffener bending stiffness have been found in existence. The suggestions and guidelines have been given for more reliable and weight saving structural design which will be helpful for the designer.
