A three dimension numerical simulation software named NUMECA( Numerical Mechanics Application ) was used to study the size of the tip clearance on the aerodynamic characteristics of a certain type of fan /booster impact. Its variety of working conditions at the design point and off- design three- dimensional steady flow numerical simulation calculated to get the aerodynamic characteristics of a certain type of fan / booster. The calculation of the fan and the rotor tip clearance to take the aerodynamic performance of 0,0. 25 ,0.5,1 and 1. 5 times the design gap. Analysis on the overall performance parameters, the tip clearance in a lesser extent changes,fan / booster performance parameters change significantly. Comprehensive consideration, the optimum gap of the fan/booster may be 0. 5 to 1 times of the designrngap.%以某风扇/增压级为研究对象,利用NUMECA(Numerical Mechanics Application)软件,计算了设计点和非设计点的三维流场和性能,并给出了风扇/增压级的特性.研究了叶尖间隙对风扇/增压级流场和气动特性的影响,对比分析了叶尖间隙分别为设计间隙的0、0.25、0.5、1和1.5倍时的风扇/增压级的气动性能.研究表明,随着叶尖间隙的增加,风扇/增压级总效率、风扇增压比和风扇/增压级增压比都有所下降.综合考虑,风扇/增压级的最佳间隙应为0.5 ~1倍设计间隙.
