空空导弹 PHM 系统总体设计研究

     

摘要

Based on analyzing the structure composition of air-to-air missile, referring to the open system architecture for condition-based maintenance ( OSA-CBM ) , the PHM frame model for air-to-air missile is put forward and two case study applying PHM technology on air-to-air missile in service are car-ried out.By analyzing the factors influencing the performance of missile in store, the parameters needed are determined, requirements on choosing sensor systems according to its cost, shape and transmission mode are given, and condition monitoring system for missile package box is established.Using the param-eters adopted in electrical characteristic test and the theory of setting parameter ranges, scoring criteria is set up, and the state indexes of missile is accumulated with weight.%在分析空空导弹结构组成的基础上,参照视情维修开放体系结构OSA-CBM,提出了空空导弹PHM框架模型,据此展开现役空空导弹应用PHM技术的实例研究:分析了贮存寿命期影响导弹性能的因素,确定采集参数,根据成本、尺寸、传输方式等提出传感器选型要求,建立导弹包装箱状态监控系统;利用电气属性测试中采集的参数,参考取值范围设置原理,建立评分标准,根据权重值计算出导弹健康指标。
