可靠性强化试验技术在空空导弹研制中的应用

         

摘要

分析了可靠性强化试验在国内外的发展现状,介绍了可靠性强化试验的基本概念和意义,研究了可靠性强化试验的试验机理。结合空空导弹试验费用高、样本量小等特点,设计了更加适用于空空导弹研制过程的新型试验剖面。改进剖面通过控制产品破坏极限发生的时机,实现了尽早暴露产品的薄弱环节、缩短研制周期,达到了在暴露产品设计缺陷的同时,尽量多的获取产品试验信息。改进剖面在空空导弹各组件的可靠性强化试验中得到了应用并取得良好的试验效果。%The present development situation of reliability enhancement test is analyzed , and its bas-ic conception and meaning are introduced .The test mechanism is studied in some aspects .Combine with the special feature of air-to-air missile that the test is very expensive and sample dispersion is small , an improved model is designed .Through the improved model , the timing of product failure is controlled , the weak link of product is exposed as soon as possible ,and the development cycle is shorted .This improve-ment not only can reveal design defect , but also collect more product test information .The improved test model is applied in module of air-to-air missile and a fine result is obtained .
