冠状静脉窦减径器在难治性心绞痛治疗中的应用

摘要

With the advance in both pharmacological and interventional treatments for patients affected by coronary artery disease,the long-time survival of these patients has greatly prolonged.However the number of patients experiencing persistent angina symptoms also increases,most of them are refractory angina pectoris (RAP),highlights that quality of life of these patients has not been equally improved.Patients who are not candidate for surgical or percutaneous revascularization are also define as RAP.Recently,the management of RAP raises great concern.Coronary sinus reducer (CSR) which could be a promising approach to treat RAP,creates a focal narrowing and increases pressure in the coronary sinus,thus redistributing blood into ischemic myocardium.In this review,we will focus on the management of RAP and the use of coronary sinus reducer in these patients.%随着药物治疗不断优化及冠状动脉介入以及冠状动脉旁路移植技术广泛应用,冠心病患者生存时间明显延长;但由此带来的问题是遭受持续心绞痛的患者随之增多,一部分成为难治性心绞痛,其生存质量受到严重影响.有学者将因为各种原因不宜行血运重建的顽固性心绞痛也归为难治性心绞痛范畴,其治疗也引起临床医生的高度关注.冠状静脉窦减径器作为一种新型治疗方法,通过缩小冠状窦并增加其内部的压力使血流重新分布到缺血心肌,为难治性心绞痛的治疗提供了新思路,现对难治性心绞痛以及冠状静脉窦减径器在该领域的应用做一综述.
