法洛四联症矫治术后肺动脉瓣反流的超声心动图评估进展

摘要

Severe pulmonary regurgitation is a common pathophysiological change after surgical repair of tetralogy of Fallot.It can further lead to right ventricular dilatation and right ventricular dysfunction,decreased exercise tolerance,arrhythmia,and even sudden death. Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to accurately evaluate the severity of pulmonary regurgitation in patients undergoing correction of tetralogy of Fallot.%严重的肺动脉瓣反流是法洛四联症矫治术后常见的病理生理改变,可进一步导致右室扩张和右室功能不全,运动耐量下降,心律失常甚至猝死.因此准确评估法洛四联症矫治术后患者的肺动脉瓣反流程度具有重要的临床意义.
