竹浆调温纤维／棉混纺纱线前处理工艺研究

摘要

This paper introduces bamboo pulp fiber, and focuses on pretreatment process of the bamboo pulp air conditioning fiber/cotton blended yarn of two different blending ratio, researches the influence of time, temperature, different concentration of NaOH and hydrogen peroxide on pretreatment process, through yarn loss of strength in different conditions, get ting the best pretreatment process.%介绍竹浆调温纤维，对两种不同混纺比的竹浆调温纤维／棉混纺纱线的前处理工艺进行试验分析，就前处理时间、温度、NaOH和双氧水的不同浓度进行试验分析，通过单因素实验和正交试验，确定不同情况下的纱线的强力损失，确定最佳前处理工艺。
