牛仔裤工业碳足迹核算与评价示范

         

摘要

为探究牛仔裤生产过程中对环境产生的影响,研究基于工业碳足迹理论,结合牛仔裤的生产工艺链,设定核算边界和功能单位,对五袋基本款牛仔裤的工业碳足迹进行了核算与分析.结果表明:五袋牛仔裤从缝制到包装周期内工业碳足迹为9.84 kg CO2,蒸汽是最大的碳排放源,洗水工艺环节使用蒸汽最多,其工业碳足迹最大.在缝制工艺环节,拼合模块是碳排放热点,单针工业平缝机耗电引发的碳排放量最大.采用清洁能源对洗水工序用水进行加热,减少蒸汽使用量,缝制工艺环节优化生产流水线,采用能效高的加工设备,可以较好地降低牛仔裤的工业碳足迹.%In order to explore the impacts of jeans production processes on environment,based on the industrial carbon footprint theory,this paper assesses the industrial carbon footprint of five-pocket jean by combining production process chain of jeans and setting the accounting boundary and functional unit.The results show that the industrial carbon footprint of five-pocket jeans is 9.84kg CO2 ,from sewing to packaging.Steam is the largest carbon emission source.The washing link consumes the most steam,so the industrial carbon footprint is the largest.In the process of sewing,the splicing module is a hot spot of carbon emission. Single needle lockstitch sewing machine produces the largest amount of carbon emission. Clean energy which is used for water heating in the process of washing can reduce the consumption of steam.Optimizing production line in the sewing link and applying the equipment with high energy efficiency can reduce industrial carbon footprint of jeans largely.
