粘胶短纤维生产的节电途径和方法

摘要

电力做为粘胶短纤维生产能源消耗的重要组成部分,如何降低电力消耗,是节能减排的迫切要求也关系到企业的生产成本.本文结合粘胶短纤维的生产实际,从原液、纺练、酸浴、公用工程等不同工段的角度出发,探讨了具体的节电途径和方法.实践表明:粘胶短纤维生产的吨丝耗电量同比降低了82 kW·h/t,比对标企业分别低了81 kW·h/t和330 kW·h/t.%Electricity is the important component of energy consumption in production of viscose staple fiber.Saving electricity is the urgent need for energy saving and emission reduction.It is also related to the production costs.In this paper,based on the actual production of viscose staple fiber,the electricity saving ways and measures in the production process of viscose staple fiber were discussed in detail from the perspective of raw liquid, spinning,acid bath and public works. The practical results show that the Ton Power Consumption decreases by 82 kW· h/t on year-on-year basis,which reduces 81 kW· h/t and 330 kW·h/t compared with the same industry.
