为改善淀粉大分子塑性差这一缺陷,采用增塑剂乙醇胺[NH 2(CH 2)2 OH]对淀粉浆料进行增塑处理.分析了NH 2(CH 2)2 OH加入淀粉浆料的增塑作用机理,采用红外光谱对加入不同量NH 2(CH 2)2 OH进行了表征,同时,测试了加入NH 2(CH 2)2 OH后浆液性能、浆膜性能及浆纱性能.结果表明,NH 2(CH 2)2 OH的添加量占淀粉干基重的3%时,浆膜各项性能优异,浆液性能稳定,经纱上浆效果良好,即此含量的NH 2(CH 2)2 OH增塑作用最好.%In order to improve poor plasticity of the starch molecules,the starch sizing agent was treated with NH 2 (CH 2 )2 OH.The plasticization mechanism of ethanolamine in starch sizing agent was analyzed and the addition of different amounts of ethanolamine was characterized by infrared spectrum.Through a lot of experiments,the slurry performance, size film performance and sizing performance were tested after joining ethanolamine.The results demonstrate that when the additive amount of NH 2 (CH 2 )2 OH accounts for 3% of the dry weight of starch,the size film has excellent performance,the slurry performance is stable and sizing effect is good.In other words,such content of NH 2 (CH 2 )2 OH has the best plasticization.
