楔形编织在毛衫针织面料立体花型中的应用

摘要

基于电脑横机的楔形编织工艺,结合纬编基础组织、集圈组织、提花组织等,设计了具有特殊视觉效果的针织毛衫立体花型,如浮雕效果、褶裥效果、波纹效果、蜂窝效果、多彩立体三角效果、异色凸起效果等.结果表明,利用楔形编织工艺与各种组织进行融合,并结合纱线色彩的变化,可编织三维立体外观效果较强的织物,为针织毛衫面料立体花型的设计提供了新的思路.%Three-dimensional patterns of knitting sweater of special visual effect were designed based on wedge knitting technology of computerized flat knitting machine, and in combination with weft knitting basic stitch, tuck stitch and jacquard, including raised pattern, grooved drum pattern, honeycomb pattern, colorful stereoscopic triangle pattern, and heterochrome raised pattern.The results show that eye-catching three-dimensional fabrics can be made with wedge knitting technology based on various weave structures and in combination with the color change of yarns, which provides a new idea for design of three-dimensional pattern of knitting sweater.
