双腔组件应用于锦纶6三叶有光HOY生产工艺的探讨

         

摘要

采用新型24头纺丝工艺设备和双腔圆形组件生产三叶有光HOY,以64 dtex/18f为例研究了三叶有光HOY的纺丝工艺参数,分析了纺丝温度、冷却条件、组件内配比、喷丝头拉伸倍数等因素对生产的影响.结果表明:双腔组件因结构特殊,对工艺要求更苛刻;生产中选择纺丝温度范围在252~260℃,侧吹风温度为20℃,风速为0.45 m/s,纺丝张力和卷绕张力范围分别控制在9~10 cN和17~18 cN,卷绕速度为4790 m/min,可生产出品质优良的锦纶6纤维.%Trilobal bright HOY filaments were produced by 24-headspinning equipment and double-cavity round assembly .64 dtex/18f was taken for example to study the parameters of spinning technology of trilobal bright HOY filaments . Besides , the effects of spinning temperature , cooling conditions , pack component ratio , jet stretch ratio on production process were studied . The results show that double-cavity assembly has more rigorous technical requirements due to its special structure . High-quality Nylon 6 fiber can be produced under the following conditions :spinning temperature 252 ℃ ―260 ℃ ,quench air temperature 20 ℃ ,air speed 0 .45 m/s ,spinning tension and winding tension 9~10 cN and 17~18 cN ,respectively ,winding speed 4790 m/min.
