交错并联磁集成buck变换器的本质安全特性研究

     

摘要

为了使buck变换器以较小的最大输出短路释放能量满足本质安全要求,提出将磁集成技术应用到交错并联buck变换器中,合理的设计通道数N和占空比D,能有效减小输出电流纹波.以双通道交错并联磁集成buck变换器为例进行研究,电感与电感采用反向耦合集成方法,最后对本质安全的交错并联磁集成与无磁集成的buck变换器进行MATLAB仿真对比,并进行试验验证,证明所提方法的正确性.%In order that the maximum released energy of the output short circuit is less to meet the essential safety requirements in the buck converter, the paper proposes that magnetic integration technique is applied to the interleaving buck converter. By properly designing the channel number N and duty cycle D, the circuit can achieve rather ideal output current ripple. Taking two-interleaving magnetics buck converter for example, the reverse coupling integration between inductance and inductance can reduce the single channel output current ripple, which may reduce the maximum released energy of the output short circuit and improve the transient response speed of the circuit. These are beneficial to the realization of essential safety. The interleaving magnetics buck converter is simulated in MATLAB and experimented. Finally, the result proves the correctness of the proposed method.
