交错并联磁集成Boost变换器的内部本质安全特性分析

         

摘要

为了提高本质安全电源的电气性能(大功率,低输出电压纹波),本文将交错并联磁集成理论应用到Boost变换器中,提出等效电气电感和等效本安电感的概念,通过增大电气电感和减小本安电感使变换器在满足内部本质安全特性的前提下提高电气性能,以两相交错并联磁集成Boost变换器为例进行研究,分析该变换器的内部本质安全特性,得出交错并联磁集成Boost变换器内部本质安全判据,并与传统单通道Boost变换器在满足内部本安特性下进行对比,提高了交错并联磁集成Boost变换器的电气性能,最后通过仿真与实验验证了理论分析的正确性.%To improve the electrical characteristics ( such as the output power, low output voltage ripple) of essential safety power source, this article introduces the interleaving magnetic integrated theory for the essential safe source and proposes the concept of the equivalent electrical inductance and essence safety inductance, through increasing electrical inductance and reducing essence safety inductance to make the converter to improve the electrical characteristics, so as to meet the internal intrinsic safety characteristics. Taking the two-phase interleaving magnetic integrated boost converter for example, by analyzing the internal intrinsic safety characteristics of the converter, the internal intrinsic safety criterion of the converter can be obtained. And by comparing with the conventional single-channel boost converter when two types of converter meet the internal intrinsic safety characteristics, it can prove that the interleaving magnetic boost converter can effectively improve the electrical characteristics. Finally, simulation and experiment confirm the correctness of theoretical analysis.
