热电发电装置的动态模型及分析

     

摘要

The mathematical model of the thermoelectric generator (TEC) equipment based on TEC device is built up. By applying the first law of thermodynamics, the dynamic mathematic model of the hot/cold side heatsink and the TEG are built up, and then the equivalent circuit model is derived. By simplifying some components with small thermo-capacitance, the completed dynamic equivalent circuit model is described. The source response of output voltage under input thermo-energy change and the load response of the output voltage under load resistor change are analyzed. One small experimental device is setup. The voltage waveforms under both source change and load change condition are recorded, which are same as the simulation waveforms. It proves that the model and analysis are available.%建立以热电发电器件为核心构成的热电发电装置的数学模型.通过运用热力学第一定律,分别建立了热冷端散热器和热电发电器件的动态数学模型和相应的等效电路模型.在简化一些小热容器件的基础上,建立了完整的热电发电装置的动态等效电路模型.根据所建模型分析了Seebeck效应输出电压在输入热量波动下的源响应特性和在负载电阻波动下的负载响应特性.最后建立了小型试验装置,测试了装置的源响应曲线和负载响应曲线,并与建立动态等效电路模型的仿真结果相比较,试验和仿真吻合,证明了模型的有效性和分析的正确性.
