城镇化不仅要提速更要提质——对吉林省城镇化进程的回顾与反思

摘要

Since reform and opening up,Jilin greatly accelerate the process of urbanization,the urbanization rate has ranked in the nation.However,the level of urbanization,not only in the speed of urbanization and urbanization,more importantly,should be reflected in the quality level.Currently,the province＇s urbanization rate higher and the problem of low quality urbanization is quite prominent.In the future the process of urbanization,the urbanization rate in Jilin Province should focus on solving the problem unrealistically high targets,accelerate the development of industry and modern service industry,strengthening the urban infrastructure,and effectively improve the income of urban residents,in order to promote sound and rapid urbanization coordination development.%改革开放以来,吉林省城镇化进程大大加快,城镇化率始终排在全国前列。然而,城镇化水平不仅表现在城镇化率和城镇化速度上,更重要的是应体现在质量层面上。目前,吉林省城镇化率较高而城镇化质量偏低的问题相当突出。在今后的城镇化进程中,吉林省应注重解决城镇化率指标虚高问题,加快发展工业和现代服务业,加强城镇基础设施建设,切实提高城镇居民收入,以促进城镇化又好又快协调发展。
