老龄化视角下的乡村人口红利潜力研究

摘要

At present , China＇s vast rural areas,the aging population growing,gradually reduce the proportion of young workers,the ru- ral population,bonus potential,became a hot topic of ＂domestic academic research in this context＂.At present , China＇s rural popula- tion have a lot of surplus labor urgently through technological advances in agriculture and irrigation to enhance the level of its freed.The bonus potential for the rural population how to generate,transfer and its future development trends,all we need dialectical analysis to guide the introduction and implementation of China＇s c policies.%目前,在我国广大乡村地区,老龄人口不断增加,年轻劳动力比重逐渐降低,在这样的背景下,＂乡村人口红利潜力＂开始成为国内学术研究的热点。就当前来看,我国乡村人口存有大量剩余劳动力,亟待通过农业技术进步、灌溉水平的提升将其解放出来。同时,对于乡村人口红利潜力如何产生、如何转移及其今后发展的动向,都需要我们辩证地进行分析,以期为我国宏观经济政策的出台和实施提供参考。
