完善吉林省中小企业激励机制的几点建议

Jilin province small and medium enterprises in the development process,enterprise incentive mechanism plays an essential role in spread of.But from at present Jilin province small and medium enterprises incentive mechanism,there are still some problems.For their small scale,weak competitiveness of small and medium enterprises,establishing an effective incentive mechanism,will directly affect the survival and development.Based on the analysis of the current Jilin province small and medium-sized enterprise incentive mechanism existence on the foundation of main problem,put forward to apply incentive mechanism must follow the basic principles and establish scientific incentive mechanism countermeasures.%吉林省中小企业在不断发展壮大的过程中,企业激励机制起到了功不可没的作用。但从目前吉林省中小企业实行的激励机制来看,还存在一些问题。对自身规模不大、竞争力不强的中小企业来说,能否建立起完善、有效的激励机制将直接影响其生存和发展。本文在分析当前吉林省中小企业激励机制存在主要问题的基础上,提出了运用激励机制必须遵循的基本原则和建立完善、科学的激励机制的对策。
