依法治国视域下培养和提高领导干部法治思维能力刍议

摘要

在法治中国建设过程中，领导干部的法治思维能力是至关重要的。因此，在全面推进依法治国视域下，培养领导干部的法治思维方式，切实提高领导干部的法治思维能力是十分重要的。本文探讨了法治思维的深刻意蕴，分析了培养和提高领导干部法治思维能力的阻碍因素，提出了应在做好法治与全面深化改革的平衡、树立法治理念和底线意识、加强外部机制建设等方面进一步培养和提高领导干部法治思维能力的建议。%In the process of law-ruled China construction,the rule of law thinking ability of leading cadres is crucial im-portant.Therefore,from the perspective of ruling the country by law,to cultivate the rule of law thinking mode of leading cadres,to increase the rule of law thinking ability of leading cadres have been the primary task.This paper discusses the connotation of rule of law thinking,analyzes the hinder factors of cultivating and increasing the rule of law thinking a-bility of leading cadres and puts forward some suggestions:to balance rule of law and to deepen the all-round reform, establish the concept of rule of law,to strengthen the construction of external mechanism,etc.
