采用107硅橡胶、增塑剂、交联剂、补强填料以及催化剂等制备了一种低模量脱醇型单组分有机硅密封胶,探讨了影响该密封胶性能的因素.结果表明,使用100 g(黏度为50000 mPa·s)107硅橡胶、50 g二甲基硅油、1~6 g[按m(甲基三甲氧基硅烷):m(自制烷氧基硅烷扩链剂)=4:4复配而成]交联剂、150 g重质活性碳酸钙和3 g有机钛螯合物制成的密封胶,能够满足GB/T 22083—2008《建筑密封胶分级和要求》标准的低模量要求.%A one-component dealcoholized silicone sealant with low modulus was prepared with 107 silicone rubber, plasticizer, cross-linking agent, reinforcing filler and catalyst as the raw materials. The factors to influence the properties of the sealant were investigated. The results showed that the sealant obtainted with 100 parts of 107 silicone rubber with viscosity of 50 000 mPa·s, 50 parts of dimethyl silicone oil, 1~ 6 parts of cross-linking agent compounded from methyltrimethoxy silane and home-made alkoxy silane chain extender (weight ratio of 4:4), 150 parts of activated heavycalcium carbonate and 3 parts of organic titanium chelate satisfied the requirement of low modulus in the standard GB/T22083-2008"Classification and requirements for building sealants".
