纳米微胶囊的制备及其药物控释放性能的研究

         

摘要

目的 制备具有控释性能的纳米微胶囊.方法 使用γ-射线引发苯乙烯(St)和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)的细乳液体系制备微胶囊,并用核磁共振1H谱(1HNMR)、透射电子显微镜等方法对其进行表征,以2,2'-联吡啶为标记研究纳米微胶囊的渗透性.结果通过1HNMR表征发现聚NVP和聚苯乙烯(PSt)发生了接枝共聚合.结论 增加乳化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵用量和合适的St/NVP比例有利于纳米微胶囊的形成,且所制备的PSt纳米微胶囊有较好的渗透性.%To prepare nanocapsules with good permeability. Methods Polystyrene ( PSt) nanocapsules with liquid core were prepared by 60Co γ- ray radiation inducing miniemulsion polymerization, in which N-vinyl pyrrolidone ( NVP ) was used as polar monomer. 1 HNMR, TEM and UV methods were used to characterize the nanocapsules. Results 1NMR method verified that during the polymerization, graft copolymerization between NVP and PSt had taken place. Conclusion Increment of the amount of the surfactant and the ratio of St to NVP are advantaged for the formation of nanocapsules with good permeability.
