Claudin-1mRNA在肝细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的 探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)中Claudin-1 mRNA的表达与临床病理因素的关系.方法 采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)方法检测35例HCC组织及相应癌旁组织和10例正常肝组织中Claudin-1 mRNA的表达水平,并结合相关指标进行分析.结果 Claudin-1 mRNA在HCC组织中的表达明显低于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),Claudin-1 mRNA在HCC中的表达与肿瘤大小、AFP水平、病理分期等无相关性(P＞0.05).结论 Claudin-1 mRNA的表达下调可能与HCC的发生相关.%Objective To investigate the relations between expression of Claudin-1 mRNA and clinical pathology factor in hepatocellar carcinoma(HCC). Methods Fluorescence and real-time quantitative PCR was carried out to detect the level of Claudin-1 mRNA from 35 HCC tissues and their corresponding normal tissues and 10 normal liver tissues. The significance was analyzed by those data and related clinical and pathological factors. Results Lower expression of Claudin-1 mRNA was found in tissues than that in their corresponding normal tissues(P ＜ 0.05 ). The level of Claudin-1 mRNA expression in HCC was not significantly correlated with tumor size, AFP levels and pathological types( P ＞ 0. 05). Conclusion The lower expression of Claudin-1 mRNA may be correlated to the occurrence of HCC.
