中国汉族人群中YWHAE基因与帕金森病的相关性研究

摘要

目的 探讨YWHAE基因多态性与中国汉族人群帕金森病(PD)之间的相关性.方法 采用TaqMan检测法对中国汉族人群258例PD患者(病例组)和260例健康体检者(对照组)YWHAE的3个位点(rs1873827、rs12452627、rs1532976)进行关联分析和单核苷酸多态性分析,比较病例组和对照组等位基因频率、基因型频率及单倍型的差异.结果 两组间 YWHAE的3个位点基因频率、基因型频率比较差异无统计学意义.rs1873827与rs12452627 的LD分析其D'值较大(D'=0.933).进一步对两位点的单倍型分析发现其各种组合间差异均无统计学意义.结论 研究结果提示YWHAE基因的3个位点与中国汉族人群PD的发生不存在相关性.%Objective To study the relationship between YWHAE gene and Parkinson' s disease( PD ). Methods TaqMan technology was used to test 258 PD patients and 260 controls in the Chinese Han population. 3 SNPs ( rs1873827 ,rs12452627 ,rs1532976 ) of YWHAE gene were tested, the association relationship and single nucleo-tide polymorphism were analyzed. The allele frequency, genotypic frequency and haplotype were tested between experimental group and control group. Results There was no difference of allele frequency and genotypic frequency between the 2 groups. The D' of rsl873827 and rsl2452627 was large ( D'=0. 933 ). The haplotype of these 2 SNPs was negative. Conclusion There is no significant association between rsl873827, rs 12452627 , rsl532976 and PD from Chinese Han population.
