选择某院5213例育龄妇女为研究对象,测定其血清睾酮水平。该院修正后睾酮参考值范围为0．20~2．00 nmol/ L,该院检验科的血清睾酮参考值范围为0．22~2．90 nmol/ L。修正后的睾酮结果明显低于目前使用的参考值标准,该地区内如检测方法一样,均可参考,这样可以更好地指导临床工作。%5 213 cases of reproductive women in the first affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university were re-cruited as the research subjects. The testosterone was detected. The testosterone reference range was from 0. 20 to 2. 00 nmol/ L. But the serum testosterone reference range of our hospital clinical laborator was from 0. 22 to 2. 90 nmol/ L. The revised testosterone was significantly less than the used reference standard. The result can be as a ref-erence if the used method was the same.
