两种舌侧托槽垂直向控制性能三维有限元分析

         

摘要

Loading values were recorded and related graphs were drawn to analyze the difference of vertical control performance between two kinds of lingual brackets through three-dimension finite element. A good linear relation-shipwas shown in the time/loading curve of two kinds of brackets and their increased ratio were Kurz7th's > Incognito(TM)'s. The two types of brackes' torus force value increase with the size of the wire, when the material changes, the max loading. Stainless steel wire(australian wire) > beta titanium archwire > NiTi wire, when assembled with same wire, the max loading of Kurz7th was about 1.5 ~1. 9 times more than Incognito(TM)'s. Two kinds of lingual braces was influenced by factors of the arch wire at the same rule: the larger the size or elastic modulus of the arch wire, the greater the torque. Slot direction of lingual braces have an influence on the performance of the intrusion, but its impact is less than the factors of the influence of the arch wire; In the vertical direction control performance, the Kurz7th bracket is superior to Incognito(TM).%通过三维有限元方法研究Incognito(TM)、Kurz7th两种不同槽沟方向的舌侧托槽垂直向控制的力矩值,绘制相应图形来探讨这两者力学性能差异.两者时间-荷载关系图均呈线性关系,斜率Kurz 7th> Incognito(TM) ;同弓丝材质时,两种托槽力值随尺寸的增大而增大;材质不同时,槽沟中心最大荷载不锈方丝(澳丝)> β-钛丝>镍钛丝;装配同弓丝的Kurz7th模型最大力矩值约为Incognito(TM)模型的1. 5 ~ 1. 9倍.两种托槽受弓丝因素影响的规律相同:弓丝的尺寸及弹性模量越大,力矩越大;槽沟方向对舌侧托槽的压人性能表达有影响,但小于弓丝因素的影响;在垂直向控制性能上,Kurz7th托槽优于Incognito(TM)托槽.
