顶空-气相色谱-质谱技术应用于卷烟真伪鉴别

摘要

Two cigarette brands samples of different batches and one counterfeit sample were identified by headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (HS-GC-MS) and their corresponding GC fingerprints were obtained. The GC fingerprints representing two different cigarette brands were obtained by average method. Interval correlation coefficient was used to assess similarity of different regions of GC fingerprints. The method is proved to be accurate.%为提高卷烟真伪鉴别的准确性和客观性,采用顶空-气相色谱-质谱(HS-GC-MS)对两个品牌不同批次真品卷烟及某品牌假冒卷烟进行色谱指纹图谱测定.通过平均法构建两个真品卷烟品牌的特征色谱指纹图谱,采用间隔相关系数法对特征色谱指纹图谱的不同区域的相似度进行评价,根据合格阈值识别不同品牌卷烟及判定待测卷烟真伪,结果科学、客观.
