基于Android手机的烟叶生产科技服务系统的设计与实现

摘要

“互联网+烟草”是加快烟草发展方式转变和促进现代烟草发展的重要途径.为提高烟草科技信息的传播效率,构建高效、畅通的信息互联体系,以Android系统为平台,开发了基于智能手机的烟叶生产科技服务系统.系统主要实现了烟叶生产技术查询与管理、提问与回答、视频点播学习等功能,建立了烟技员社群互动服务新模式,并创新提出了专家积分排名制,为基层烟技员队伍建设提供了新的观点.系统测试结果显示,APP安装成功率96％,信息上传、下载成功率100％,系统的实用性和稳定性较好,适合在农村基层推广应用.系统的应用在一定程度上实现了烟叶生产科技服务的移动化和智能化,为烟农提供了获取技术的新方法.%"Internet+ tobacco" is an important approach to accelerate the transformation of development mode and to promote the development of modern tobacco industry.In order to improve communication efficiency of science and technology information and create efficient and unblocked information interconnect system,a new science and technology service system for tobacco leaf production was developed based on Android smart phone.In the system,functions like query and management of tobacco production technology,Q and A,and video-on-demand study were realized,a new mode of interaction service for tobacco technicians was established,and an expert credit rank system was created to provide new views to team construction of tobacco technicians at primary level.Test results indicated that the success rate of the APP installation reached 96％ and that of data uploading and downloading reached 100％.With good practicability and stability,the system was appropriate to be popularized in rural areas.Application of the system realized mobility and intelligentization of science and technology service for tobacco production will enable tobacco farmers to obtain technical services.
