湖南省烟农专业合作社的自我发展能力评价

         

摘要

基于"关键成功因素-关键绩效指标"法(KSF-KPI),从对烟草部门的依存度、盈利能力、社员收益三方面,设计了合作社自我发展能力评价体系,并以湖南省烟农合作社为例开展实证分析.实证结果:湖南省烟农专业合作社自我发展能力总体较好,对烟草部门的依存度比较紧密,社员人均种烟收入高于当地平均收入水平,但合作社资产回报率均值较低.评价结果与当前烟农专业合作社的实际情况基本吻合,说明该评价体系设计合理.%Based on "key success factors - Key Performance Indicator" (KSF-KPI) theory, a model was established to evaluate self-development ability of tobacco farmers' professional cooperatives. In the model, dependence on tobacco sector, profitability and income of members were taken into account. Empirical analysis in Hunan province showed that self-development ability was moderate, while the dependence was relatively high. Cooperative members get higher income from tobacco planting than non-member growers. But the average return of assets of cooperative was relatively low. The results basically reflected actual situation in Hunan Province, which proved the model's feasibility.
