两种不同的化成制度对锂离子电池性能的影响

     

摘要

In this paper, we take LiFePO4 as the positive electrode materials, analyze two different formation systems on the perform-anee of lithium ion battery. Results showed that the specific capacity of lithium ion battery charged by the constant current system was higher than that of stepped system about 3 mAh/g, and whole charging and discharging efficiency is slightly also high. From SEM pat-tern, we didn't discover the difference, but in the XPS measure, the Li+ content of CMS surface obtained from lithium-ion battery after stepped formation system were obviously higher than the constant current, and the F and P peaks were obviously more complex than that of the constant current.%采用磷酸铁锂作为正极材料,分析两种不同的化成制度对锂离子电池性能的影响.结果显示采用阶梯式化成的锂离子电池正极材料的比容量要比阶梯式化成的比容量高3 mAh/g左右,并且整个电池的充放电效率也要略高.从SEM图,没有发现不同,但是从XPS分析,阶梯式化成后锂离子电池负极CMS表面Li+含量明显要比恒流式化成要高,并且F和P峰明显要比恒流式化成更加复杂.
