Along with the increasing demand for energy,the unconventional oil and gas field had a large scale development gradually,which leads to the sharp increasing requirements of oil-based drilling fluid.The environmental problems caused by the oil-based drilling cuttings have been becoming increasingly urgent.In this paper,oil-based drilling cuttings were pretreated to remove oil with microwave effectively,which is based on the components and characteristics of oil-based drilling cuttings.The composition of oil-based drilling cuttings was analyzed,the effect of microwave power,processing temperature,processing time and additives on the oil removal efficiency were also investigated.The results showed that,for the oil-based cuttings with aqueous mass fraction of 2.41%,oil mass fraction of 10.67% and solid mass fraction of 86.92%,the higher microwave power,the faster the heating rate;Graphite additives are added whcn the mass is 6 % of oil-based cuttings,the best effect is received,final temperature increased by 40℃;Under optimal treatment condition of thermal desorption time at 30 min and temperature at 250℃,the oil-bearing rate of drilling cuttings could reduce to 0.23%,which has reached the standard of less than 0.30%.%随着非常规油气田开发规模逐渐加大,油基泥浆的使用大规模增加,其钻井后产生的油基钻屑所造成的环境问题成为亟待解决的环保难题.在对油基钻屑性质分析的基础上,采用节能高效的微波处理法处理油基钻屑,分析了油基钻屑样品的组成,研究了微波功率、处理温度、处理时间以及石墨添加剂对除油效率的影响.结果表明,对于水质量分数2.41%、石油烃质量分数10.67%、固体质量分数86.92%的油基钻屑,微波功率越大,升温速率越快;石墨添加剂加入质量为油基钻屑的6%时,效果最佳,所达终温升高40℃;热解析最佳处理条件为温度250℃,时间30 min,此时油基钻屑石油烃质量分数可降至0.23%,低于0.30%的农用土壤国家标准.
