一种用于示波器校准的快沿信号产生方法

     

摘要

提出了一种新的阶跃恢复二极管快沿的产生方法.利用肖特基二极管隔离直流偏置,采用电感阻止射频信号分流,串接电阻吸收反射改善快沿信号波形质量,而快沿标准化则决定于偏置电流与脉冲幅度的精度.设计了用于校准1 GHz带宽示波器的快沿电路,获得80 ps上升时间,验证了该方法的可行性.%A new method of fast edge generation based on step-recovery diode circuits is developed. A few schottky barrier diodes are used to segregate the DC offset circuit from the pulse source and the loader. The inductance is placed in the DC offset circuit to shield the RF signal,and a resistance is added to absorb the signal reflection from the rearward to optimize the fast edge waveform. The standardization of the fast edge signal is depended on the veracity of the offset current and the amplitude of the input pulse. At last a fast edge circuit for the calibration of 1 GHz bandwidth oscilloscope is designed and achieves a fast edge with 80ps rise time,by which the feasibility of the new method is proved.
