罐式集装箱容积测量不确定度分析

         

摘要

The volume of arc tank shell tanker containers are measured using geometric method and volumetric comparison method. The uncertainty in volume measurement of the tanker containers are evaluated on the basis of the establishment of different mathematic models and the values are 4 × 10 -3 ( k = 2) and 2 × 10-3 ( k = 2) respectively for geometric method and volumetric comparison method. To test the result of evaluation, the transfer-comparison method is adopted. By calculation and analysis of the test data, the validity and rationality of the evaluation is validated.%分别采用几何测量法和容量比较法测量弧板式罐式集装箱容积,在建立数学模型的基础上,对测量结果的不确定度进行了分析计算,分别为4×10-3(k=2)和2×10-3(k=2).对评定出的结果用试验加以验证,采用传递比较法计算分析试验数据,验证了不确定度评定的合理性.
