射流电子水表原理及流量测量特性研究

         

摘要

A fluidic electronic water meter based on the permanent magnet excitation electromagnetism examination method is described. Its structure principle,the major technique characteristic,the flow measurement characteristic,as well as the sensing and the signal processing technology are studied. In view of the fluidic electronic water meter is for small flow measurement the improvement idea and the method in the theoretical analysis and the experiment foundation is proposed. After volume production of the fluidic electronic water meter, it proves that the small flow characteristic idea and the method are effective.%介绍了基于恒磁励磁电磁检测方法的射流电子水表,研究了其结构原理、主要技术特征、流量测量特性、以及传感与信号处理技术.针对射流电子水表小流量测量特性,提出了降低射流计量腔的起振阈值,改进了电磁传感原理检测射流振荡信号的方法.经射流电子水表批量生产验证,证明了改进小流量特性思路和方法的有效性.
