电控汽油喷射器无效喷油时间测试研究

         

摘要

The electromagnetic structure model of electronic gasoline injector is established,then using the law of motionto the armature assembly and the changing course of the coil current within an injection pulse is analyzed combining with electromagnetic theory,and this confirms the consistency between the time of the armature assembly movement characteristic curve point appearing and the time of the coil current curve point mutating. By using this correspondence, anindirect measurement method of invalid injection time for an electronic gasoline injector is found,and a measurement system is developed. The result shows:the measurement results of this system for invalid injection time relative error of a variety of electronic gasoline injectors is less than 3% .%建立了电控汽油喷射器的电磁结构模型,应用电磁场理论分析了喷油脉冲作用下衔铁组件的运动规律与线圈电流变化历程之间的关系,从理论上证实了衔铁组件运动曲线的极值点出现时刻与线圈电流曲线突变点出现时刻实时对应的特性。基于这一规律,提出了一种电控汽油喷射器无效喷油时间的非接触式测量方法,并研制了一套无效喷油时间检测系统。通过试验对比,检测系统对多款电控汽油喷射器的无效喷油时间测量结果的相对误差均小于3%。
