玄芷镇痛片对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学及脑血流量的影响

     

摘要

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of XUANZHI analgesic tablet on haemorheology and cerebral blood flow(CBF)in acute blood stasis headache rat models induced by nitroglycerin. Methods The acute blood stasis headache rat model was established with nitroglycerin infusion, and cured by XUANZHI analgesic tablet. The values of cerebral blood flow in the rats were tested by using laser Doppler probe and haemorheological indices in the rats by using Auto Hemorheology Analyzer,the brain was weighed,and the content of water in brain tissue was determined. Results XUANZHI analgesic tablet could improve remarkably cerebral blood flow of the rats as compared with the model group(P-<0. 01). After treatment by XU ANZHI analgesic tablet,the blood viscosity in rats was significantly lower,especially the low shear reduced viscosity and eryth rocyte aggregation index in rats were obviously reduced dose dependently. XUANZHI analgesic tablet could obviously reduce the water content of the brain tissues in rat acute blood stasis headache model. Conclusion XUANZHI analgesic tablet exerts the effect of easing pain through depressing the blood viscosity and RBC aggregation index,which obviously improves cerebral blood flow and promotes microcirculation to the brain.%目的 探讨玄芷镇痛片对急性血瘀模型(血管性头痛)大鼠血液流变学及脑血流量的影响.方法 采用大鼠皮下注射肾上腺素的方法制作急性血瘀模型,通过检测大鼠血液流变学、脑血流量、脑组织含水量、脑重量等指标,系统观察玄芷镇痛片对血管性头痛的治疗作用并探讨其作用机制.结果 经玄芷镇痛片治疗后,大鼠脑血流量得到明显改善,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);大鼠血液粘度明显下降,特别是全血低切还原粘度、红细胞聚集指数显著下降,且该效应呈剂量依赖性;脑组织含水量明显减少,从而有效地改善脑微循环.结论 玄芷镇痛片能明显促进脑部血流、改善脑微循环;通过降低血液粘度和红细胞聚集而发挥其镇痛作用.
