It was studied systematically by 3130XL genetic analyzer for the effects of ninhydrin development of latent blood fingerprint on white paper on the subsequent DNA-short tandem repeat(STR) fluorescence pattern. Results show that the DNA detection efficiency decreases for the latent blood fingerprint developed with ninhydrin compared with con-trol group without being developed. The detected number of STRs is gradually reduced with the concentration diluted a-bout the latent blood fingerprint developed with ninhydrin. It is of great significance with this paper to the extraction of evidence at the crime scence.%采用3130XL遗传分析仪系统研究了白纸上的潜血指纹经茚三酮熏显后对于DNA-短串联重复序列(STR)荧光图谱的影响.结果表明:与对照组(未熏显)相比,潜血指纹经茚三酮熏显后DNA检出效率有所降低;经茚三酮熏显后的潜血指纹,随着潜血指纹浓度的稀释,能够检出的基因座数逐渐减少.本文对案件现场的证据提取具有重要的指导意义.
